What is Medical Exercise and Post-Rehab Training?
Medical exercise and post-rehab training is the development and implementation of fitness programs for clients with special population and post-rehab conditions. These programs work towards increasing fitness, function and the overall health of the client. This type of programming does not provide any aspect of medical treatment of a client's condition. Some examples of what is encompassed in a post-rehab program are as follows:

Who Pays For Post-Rehab Training?
Post-rehab training is not covered by OHIP or private insurance carriers under normal circumstances. However, in cases of long term/chronic conditions, major trauma or surgery and clients with limited function, an insurance carrier may be able to provide partial or complete coverage with a medical referral.
