With Group Training 2-6 clients work with one or two trainers. The group setting provides a fun, dynamic atmosphere for the workout. By keeping the class size small we can maintain a close level of supervision from the trainer to ensure you are exercising properly and adjusting the resistance accordingly.
Our group training programs are an excellent way for beginners and young people to get started on an exercise program.
If you are interested in personal training, but don't feel you can
afford a one on one workout three times a week, group training can
be an excellent supplement.
