The Concept of Group Training

With Group Training 2-6 clients work with one or two trainers. The group setting provides a fun, dynamic atmosphere for the workout. By keeping the class size small we can maintain a close level of supervision from the trainer to ensure you are exercising properly and adjusting the resistance accordingly.

Our group training programs are an excellent way for beginners and young people to get started on an exercise program.

If you are interested in personal training, but don't feel you can afford a one on one workout three times a week, group training can be an excellent supplement.

Here are a few of the programs we offer:

This unique program combines the qualities of an aerobic class with those of a weight training session. One trainer will conduct the "aerobic class" style upper body exercises while you walk on the treadmill. At specific intervals you will switch to the weight training exercises where you will be guided by another trainer. You will continue to switch back and forth throughout the workout.

Circuit training is an effective form of workout that combines aerobic and resistance training. Your trainer will lead the class through a predetermined circuit of exercises. The trainer will correct your form and help you adapt the weight to your individual fitness level. To ensure variey, the trainer will provide frequent changes in exercise selection.

 

Partner Training

Partner training involves two clients working with one trainer. This format of training allows for individualized workouts and personal attention while making the session more affordable for each individual.

How do I sign up?

You may sign up individually and allow us to place you in a group or with a partner or you and your friends, family or co-workers may make a group of your own. Timings are subject to change.
